Assist in training arrangement (Training data input and consolidation, training notice preparation, training coordination, attendance record etc.)
Take charge of employee onboard & exit process
Prepare HR notice
Company activity assistance
Admin fee check and make payment
Other administrative tasks requested by HR team
University degree education background
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
Good learning skills;
Good English skill in reading, writing, listening and speaking；
Can make 6 months or longer, 4-5 working days per week is preferred
Working time: 7: 45-16:30 from Monday to Friday
